The Promenade at Tampa Palms Condominium Association, Inc. is a Florida not-for-profit corporation dedicated to the responsible governance and upkeep of our gated community.
Formed as a Florida non-profit corporation, the Association is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and long-term stewardship of the common elements at The Promenade at Tampa Palms — including the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, gated entry, and landscaped grounds.
Our Board of Directors and management partners work together to keep the community financially healthy, well-maintained, and compliant with Florida condominium law (Chapter 718, Florida Statutes), while fostering a welcoming environment for every owner and resident.

The Association was organized as a Florida not-for-profit corporation to govern the condominium property under Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes.
The Promenade at Tampa Palms was developed as a gated condominium community featuring a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and landscaped common grounds.
Each year, the Board of Directors approves an operating budget, oversees reserve funding, and files the Association's annual report with the State of Florida.
The Association continues to partner with Yes Management Services, LLC to maintain amenities, respond to owner requests, and keep the community thriving.
