Oversees Board meetings and represents the Association in official matters.
Supports the President and oversees committee coordination.
Maintains official records, minutes, and Association correspondence.
Manages the annual budget, reserves, and financial reporting.
Approving the annual budget, monitoring reserves, and reviewing financial statements each quarter.
Directing maintenance priorities for the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and grounds.
Enforcing the Declaration, Bylaws, and Rules & Regulations fairly and consistently.
